Mechanism of action
BNT-4281 selectively and irreversibly binds to the KRAS G12C mutant protein in its GDP-bound state, blocking downstream RAS signaling. Unlike first-generation KRAS inhibitors, it demonstrates activity in both EGFR-naïve and previously treated patients.
